I feel like, when people see me bitching about how bad digital art feels, they don't understand that I used to PAINT paint digitally. These were both done in GIMP back around '08ish iirc, and while they're not great, they felt *good*.

Digital art doesn't feel *good* to me anymore...

I mainly do Alear maddening solo runs, but even when I don't I tend to turn animations off and skip all the cutscenes, thus minimizing the amount of my time my eyes are exposed to That Nonsense.

It's just so *not Fire Emblem*.

I've finally gotten to the point where I love Engage's gameplay enough that I ignore the parts of the character design I don't like, but this whole thread made me think back on Fates' designs and remember all over again how much I love them.

My mom and I take care of all the feral/stray cats in our neighborhood, and I swear these random tomcats that just appear from nowhere are the sweetest, most loving babies ever?

In over 30 years of owning/caring for over 90 cats, I only remember 2 being even slightly aggressive.
