Finished up Alan Wake’s main story recently. The feeling of the controls is really impressive for a game released 14 years ago. The story kept me coming back even if the combat overstayed it’s welcome for me by about Episode 3. It’s a fascinating game that I recommend checking out if you haven’t.

I’ve been on a bit of an FPS kick recently. Bouncing around between Doom (1993), Resistance: Fall of Man, Wolfenstein: The New Order, and both Doom (2016) and Eternal. It’s been enjoyable, I may need to dip my toe into some Boomer Shooters now or check out other old shooters I missed out on.
