I recommend you get some oats if possible, they are extremely filling and can be quite cheap, can be made with just water. Maybe also noodles, the cheapest ones (since they "grow" when boiled, a little becomes a lot), salt+pepper and oil/butter actually tastes good.

Those 2 in the middle of the first 2 were art installations, I had the opportunity to not only talk with the author of the 1st one but to also make a poem for them ab it, which they liked so much that they published it. It was a first for sure, I had forgotten. I have to remember to not forget.
