I am leery. Johnson pulled these shenanigans with OBBB, too. Kept voting against it in early votes, made a statement that it didn't cut Medicare/Medicaid enough, but then ultimately voted as Trump wanted. However, it did give us an opening today. We must press it.

He did vote no on the OBBB early on, but then of course, changed because we're all liars. He seems to like to cause a little chaos at random.
