And if you're wondering what the box 📦 with the shell 🐚 is for: I imported it from yet another #photogrammetry experiment, because I didn't have a banana 🍌 for reference.

A computer screen, which shows a three-dimensional scene. The viewer's head movements are tracked in order to render the scene with the corresponding perspective. The virtual room behind the screen seems to actually exist, because of the parallax effect.

Just a first humble step at astrophotography and image stacking. Still much to learn. Not even used a telescope here, just an old DSLR laying around, as I've decided rather spontaneously, back in January / February.

C/2022 E3 (ZTF), Nikon D5300, 204×10s (DeepSkyStacker), Feb 1st 2023 00:22-01:02 AM
Image of the comet C/2022 E3 (ZTF) on February 1st 2023. Captured between 00:22 and 01:02 AM, just using a Nikon D5300. It's the result of a first humble try at doing image stacking using the Software DeepSkyStacker. For this 204 images were stacked, with an exposure time of 10 seconds each.
