Can someone please find a better chart for global water fluoridation that isn't just intervals of 20% in variations of sinister red colours?

The "Water fluoridation by country" wiki. It shows the aforementioned global chart of fluoridation. Just reading the chart is grating, and the colours are annoying to tell apart, aside from useless fluoridation levels like "1-20%".

Anyone else on Bluesky who's just *not* able to use the mobile app at all anymore, because the age verification system returns an error when you submit a birthdate?

Maybe because it's set up only with app permissions and not full user privs?

Some pretty terrible UX regardless.

All the data about delinquency rates that people are hyping up in the media.

Rather than headlines like "highest since year X", these charts are more instructive.
Figure 1 chart from the linked article showing the increase in delinquency rates for credit cards and auto loans. Q3 is around the highest yet, but the upwards trend is nothing new since the early 2020s. Another credit card and auto loan deliquency chart, but in a year-over-year format (to account for seasonal trends). The most importart part is the auto loan delinquency rate which is appearing to increase for the first time in a while, but it could also be a bounce similar to prior years that trended down but had upward bounces.

Tech firms don’t want to formally take on debt—that is, directly ask investors for loans—because debt looks bad on their balance sheets and could reduce shareholder returns. To get around this, some are partnering with private-equity titans to do some sophisticated financial engineering, Paul Kedrosky, an investor and a financial consultant, told us. These private-equity firms put up or raise the money to build a data center, which a tech company will repay through rent. Data-center leases from, say, Meta can then be repackaged into a financial instrument that people can buy and sell—a bond, in essence. Meta recently did just this: Blue Owl Capital raised money for a massive Meta data center in Louisiana by, in essence, issuing bonds backed by Meta’s rent. And multiple data-center leases can be combined into a security and sorted into what are called “tranches” based on their risk of default. Data centers represent an $800 billion market for private-equity firms through 2028 alone. (Meta has said of its arrangement with Blue Owl that the “innovative partnership was designed to support the speed and flexibility required for Meta’s data center projects.”)

The cartels are buying civilian drones from the open market and then adapting them to fight against competing gangs and law enforcement, he says. They are forcing the state police and armies to integrate counter-drone attack strategies” at a time when the Brazilian government is tightened austerity measures, Solar says. “This reflects a broader militarisation of criminal organisations,” says Dr Irene Mia from the International Institute for Strategic Studies. The cartels are exploiting emerging technologies “to present themselves as alternative centres of power and to intimidate both state authorities and the communities under their control.” Other Brazilian criminal groups have demonstrated a similar resourcefulness in building weapons from unconventional supply chains, says Mia. “There are documented instances of semi-automatic weapons being assembled domestically using Airsoft components, frequently procured from China, a technique that reduces traceability and cost,” she explains. “It is unfortunate to say that these drones are likely to become the norm,” adds Solar.
