It’s important that we continue to support the companies that have committed to #DEI initiatives. Why? Because they will continue to see success through innovation. They will hire and retain employees that are better at problem solving and have a growth mindset = higher financial performances!

Colombians are being faced with US Embassy canceling their US visa appointments. It’s a way to “reprimand” Colombia for asking to treat undocumented folks with dignity. My Colombian friends: if you are looking to vacay in the US and have been denied, spend your money and travel to Canada or Europe🫶
