We successfully made a vegan pot pie, gravy, and sweet potato casserole this year! And found some video online of the parade, although the cameraman seemed a bit drunk at times. 😜

I teared up immediately when I heard about Jane Goodall. But the news came with a quote of hers that I'll try to keep with me:
