Agreed but Pompey couldn't even get the communication right about the floodlit failure v Millwall last season so expecting more (from any club) about medical emergencies is probably a waste of energy!

How so? Person affected may be a relative of someone on the Charlton squad. It would be nice if Pompey offered some gesture to our travelling fans but despite Bill Shankley's famous saying footy ain't more important than life or, god forbid, death.

Jeez, this pillock has the insight of a broken microscope.
That said he's one of the few Labour politicians who has not disappointed me since the GE24.
I rated him as slightly less valuable than the post WWI Deutschmark before Labour came to power and still do.

The elasticity of their definition of comedy movie is the funniest thing about that list.
Almost nothing outside US/UK (I counted one French film). How can Jackie Chan's Drunken Master (or DM II for that matter) not make it? And plenty of laughs from the Hui brothers too. And that's just HK!

Absolutely! The thought of BlueSky being a haven from those hard-of-thinking folk that pushed us out of the other place is but a mere pipe dream.

Fair point, I blame old age and beer! I get through many more pints at home than I do attending the match on person!

There's a couple of pubs in Pompey that have unusally short opening hours and I respect that, I assume it is keeping them afloat. I prefer to go to these pubs when I can (they're proper pubs with well-kept beers, yes bitter too!) rather than succumb to a world of Wetherspoons open 'til 2am.

Same as all her other releases. I have 4 TS albums on vinyl not a one of which is black! The fans seem to love it. So much so my 20-y-old daughter wanted a record player for her birthday and now she plays TS alongside her other favourites: (I kid you not) Billy Joel, Don MacLean and The Eagles.
