In the USA recently and we had to use a worn road off the Freeway each day.
This then happened each night with the road open during the day.
Day 1 - worn road surface removed
Day 2 - road re-surfaced
Day 3 - road markings replaced.
It would take the UK at least 2 weeks to do this.
This then happened each night with the road open during the day.
