Also...some press restart to talk about stardust solutions being put "live" early 2026 (links in next comment), while they assure they wouldn't without gov. approvals, but they're criticized for lack of transparency..they don't even give their particle's composition,are they a real threat?

You said the intensity decreased, ok but energy use increased and emissions increased...where are going these emissions? I guess not only electricity is used to produce goods to be exported? And chinese don't travel by coal?

+ even if the commercial balance was "balanced" with Europe (in terms of $), it wouldn't in term of CO2, given the diff. in energy mix and carbon intensity of respective economies...? A growing "balanced" balance would result in a growing diff. between territorial and cons.-based emissions right?

I again thank you a lot for your time. I have a last question : the "constant" diff. for China tells that China's exportations are not growing, right? It tells something about its commercial balance, given a carbon intensity of its economy. And this commercial balance keeps growing...how to explain?

I see the data for Belgium is still the GCB2023, which is still a lot higher than other sources. And also, the difference betw. prod.based and cons. based emissions seems a lot larger for Belgium than for France, nearly double the territorial emissions.2nd image:BFP

Btw I have another question:in the GCB 2025 we see that the net emissions transfers from non-AnnexB countries to AnnexB countries is increasing with time. Then why in the graph showing the diff. betw. prod-based and cons-based, the diff. remains more or less "constant" with time, especially in UE?
