Fair enough. I totally get that. It’s frustrating when services shift focus, leaving early users behind. Since you’re investing your own time, you might as well go with the safe bet rather than gamble with something uncertain.

Absolutely. If a service solves your specific problem, it’s an obvious choice.

But what if you had two options: one that solves the problem perfectly now but offers no extras, and another that’s less optimal today but, with time, will match the first and add features you didn’t know you’d need?

Nice, congrats on hitting those goals!

I didn’t set traditional goals but aimed to build daily habits like language learning, reading, and cold showers. Reading wasn’t fully successful, but the others stuck.

For my side hustle, the goal was to release Celaro Beta, progress made but not live yet.

Haha, yup, apparently. I don’t have any experience with Asana though.

Any specific reason you switched from Trello to Asana?

Yeah, Linear is slick! My side-hustle buddy swears by it, especially for the shortcuts and speed. I’ve explored it briefly, totally see the appeal for developers.

Curious though, has it completely replaced other tools for you, or do you use it alongside something else?

I'm also a Trello user and haven’t really thought about it, but now that you mention it, a proper drag-and-drop for parent-child tasks would be a game-changer! Trello’s simplicity is great, but subtasks could definitely use some love.

Sounds like a solid setup! Do you feel like it covers everything you need, or are there any features you wish it had?

Linear, nice! How are you finding it? Any standout features you love or things you'd tweak?

Thanks, really appreciate it!

Thanks, mate. Yeah, I can imagine! With Framer, it’s much easier to pull this off, even for those of us with limited coding skills 😊
