[political redaction] refers to comments made about political parties, for example "bigging up" the current Labour Government, or "putting down" the previous Tory Government. I assume these are not allowed on an official government website because of impartiality rules.

Exactly! It's not rocket science. My dad advised me to start a pension at age 18, spend less than I earn, use debt sparingly and never buy a brand-new car. Now mid-50s, no mortgage, a decent pension pot, and enough in an ISA to help the kids through university and save for a house deposit.

Christ on a bike. Last month I spent almost £300 on a refurbished office chair because of my back. I knew the British press were never going to give Labour an easy ride, but this really takes the biscuit.
