Nope, although since purchasing I’ve read about stumping up the moolah for a Japanese model. My folks actually bought moi a Japanese Mega Drive for similar reasons in the ‘90s.
I think I’m going to stick with this set up for now and see how I go - it’s in beautiful condition.

Opening this, cleaning it and getting it all set up totes recaptured the joy I had upon unboxing my Japanese Mega Drive in the early '90s. Oof! I love Sega hardware. What's more it's in an EXCELLENT used condition, looks beautiful for its 30+ years on this earth and it works like a dream.

I managed to find a console relatively cheaply and the seller claimed they'd owned it from day-1 and that it was in good working condition.

Thus I took to eBay to find myself a boxed version so that I could have the delight of opening my first Saturn (30 years late to the party).

I enjoyed both films - the framing in each was exceptional, as were the colour palettes. THE ELOQUENT PEASANT is a twenty-minute short. AL MOMIA is feature-length and has a fantastic dream-like atmosphere, which I loved. Scorsese is such a treasure for sharing these films with the world & for FREE!
