Isn't that in violation of the Fourth Amendment? That just states "the people" and does not distinguish between citizen or undocumented immigrants. So if they break into the home of a person who is a citizen without warrant or any advance warning, could ICE be shot in self defense? Or arrested?

Well you have been saying this but really, isn't Trump at his worst yet? If Putin is counting on Trump being mentally present, and aware of what he's doing, then he's going to be disappointed. Unless he has other assets firmly fixed in place already in the top levels. If he has Miller and Bessant

Completely out of touch with reality. Where is he getting his information? No information is getting out of Iran, or very very little. They take their lives in their hands just to snuggle a tiny clip of video out.

Yes he is those things but they get much more exaggerated in an aging man who has dementia not related to Alzheimer's. Expert medical observers say he shows symptoms of having had a stroke on the left side of his brain. Certain signs in his hair and how he turns and also in the word salad he does.

Well then it should be easy. I have a 420. If an intruder breaks in in the middle of the night, a pistol certainly would scare them but a blast of a 420 would end the danger. You don't have to aim it so precisely. If you haveno children you worry about, then protect yourself.

Yes, absolutely. Be confident, accurate and cool when the time comes. That's a matter of practice and training. I had quite an argument with an anti-gun person who she would prefer to be helpless and get killed rather than have a gun in her home. Run and hide! Haha! Aggressive pacifist.

Ok well this is first shot over their now but they can impose tariffs too. He actually has no legal right to use tariffs, which are taxes on the American people, as a way to conduct hostile nonviolent diplomacy to punish other countries. He is only causing greater inflation and prices.

I have no children. So I don't have any fear of subjecting anyone to a threat except if they break into or force their way into my home. Loss of property is not my issue. I already lost everything to fire. I already at 78 have lived my life and beat cancer twice. But I will not surrender my safety.

What do you consider "actual defense"? Tai Chi? I carry pepper spray publically, but I have no illusions. I stay home because I am too old to deal with criminals, but I will always reserve the right to defend my home.
