Took a massive detour getting back home yesterday from Fishguard to Stafford to capture British Rail Class 89, 89001.
Honestly, it was great seeing so many people out to see this.
I did take plenty of photos from my weekend, will be sharing them throughout the week 👍

Sunday, I was at Beaulieu Park Station for the Station opening and was really an epic day!
Sometimes it is not about the trains, the stations, it is about the people which makes moments like this special and really enjoy my time chatting with everyone.

So I went to ride the first Trent Valley Line service!

I was on the Chessington Branch Line yesterday, which was the last railway line and had the last stations built by the Southern Railway before the outbreak of World War 2.

Gauge O Guild's Guildex show. This is the biggest O Gauge show in the country and had 15 layouts on display. Also held at the Staffordshire Country Showground in Stafford. (The same venue when the Stafford Model Ralway Exhibition is held at at the end of September)
