On the bouncing. Just realised that part of the problem is that I seem to have lost contact with 2 friends this week. Of If I could I’d book another session with the therapist but it’s an expensive habit to get into, but they really do help.

Right we’re now at the bouncing stage. Need to do something but don’t know what and not sure whatever I choose will be a good idea.

Good therapy session today. Quite a bit to ‘unpack’. Still not that comfortable with opening up but it was better than the first one.

I’m on a good day today. Fixed the bird feeder, squirrels and birds happy, left the fox to their place under the table in the garden (cat not amused 🤷♂️). Now film time…….

Getting to pretty much the bottom of the curve. Only hope is that something or someone can pull me out of it. Everywhere I turn you get nothing back as though they cannot see.

I see ‘The Fabelmans’ is coming to Sky Movies this month. I saw this at the cinema and enjoyed it, some reviews weren’t so kind but 🤷♂️.
