Go to Project Settings -> Editor -> When Entering Playmode: Reload Scene only

It's the first thing I do when starting a new project. You can also select "Do not reload Domain or Scene", then you just have to press Ctrl+R in Unity, to update your code changes manually.

Oh, our game "Bake Jack" made it to #5 / 2,299 in the Brackeys Game Jam 2025.2.
