That's what I'm starting to wonder, too. Because if that person is really a recruiter and they hire recruiters that act like this, then that's absolutely crazy. They missed the entire point on purpose. I'm hoping recruiters and hiring managers chime in. 🤞🏾

It then continues. My questions are:

1) What causes recruiters, leads, or hiring managers to ghost applicants after an interview or interviews?

2) Is it normal for recruiters to act like this?

3) How can companies ensure they’re fostering a wonderful interview experience for all candidates?

Well today, I received these type of comments from a "recruiter".

I've had lots of people share their stories with me when it comes down to the interview process at different companies and how they worked here and I dodged a bullet.
