I've been making Dubai chocolate nonstop, so I decided to try a version with Biscoff cookie spread. It’s a great combo, but even a small dollop of Biscoff tends to overwhelm the delicate pistachio cream. It’s delicious, but the Biscoff definitely steals the show, nonetheless, a nice treat 😋

My last Dubai chocolate was extremely popular; to me, it was a big commitment to eat a bar that size, even after halving it. It's easier just to grab one and pop it into my mouth. This size was perfect! BTW, I understand why Dubai chocolates are on the pricer side, lots of work involved!

This is a chocolate mousse cake/bars with a terrazzo crust, topped with roasted pecans and dk chocolate ganache.
Extremely decadent and a bit time consuming, but delicious 😋

Terrazzo crust (meaning stone effect) is a dbl drk chocolate, dk brown sugar, butter, vanilla & Maria's cookies.

These Double Dark Chocolate Date Truffles are very rich in flavor and taste great. Love chocolate? Want something a little healthier than a regular Truffle? These are a great substitution, and no cream is needed! And no, you cant taste the dates!

Baklava shaped like a bird's nest—apparently, it's a thing! Imagine layers upon layers of phyllo dough, butter, pistachios, and honey. For a twist, I made a cheesecake filling: not just the usual cream cheese and egg, but also sour cream, honey, and vanilla. They turned out great—nice and crispy!

I decided to make Dubai chocolate bars again after nearly a year. This time, I decided to add crushed roasted pistachios to the mix. Although the process took longer than I remembered, the result was truly fantastic—rich, decadent, and well worth the effort! ❤️

Matzo toffee. I've only ever made cracker toffee with salt-free saltine crackers. But these Matzo board crackers, I feel the toffee has more of a "crunch" & overall the taste is good! Eventually I will try it again, make a little more caramel and sprinkle Fleur Del Sel salt on it. 😋

One of my favorite Holiday tradition. In honoring my mom she made this for 40 plus years. She called it her Orange candy cake. Not a fruit cake, though having dates in it, along with brown butter, brown sugar, vanilla & lots of OJ, and two ingredients I cant say that make this a WOW cake☃️🎄🎁

Caramel pecan clusters dipped in espresso-infused chocolate and sprinkled with Fleur de sel salt. Due to dental work, I wasn't able to try these, but hubby and a friend said they really loved them.

Espresso, Walnut (roasted), Date cake with an espresso glaze. A very moist, very unique flavor. I was happy to try something a little different and would like to try this cake with roasted pecans. I would think any nut would work just fine.
