Let's not make him into a martyr. While we can all be sad and disappointed at the lack of humanity it took to take yet another life through gun violence, the man was no martyr. His statue cannot be raised above those hundreds of innocent school children we have lost to gun violence.

As a U.S. citizen, fight like hell to keep your freedom to read. If you don't like a book, don't read it, but don't take away the right to choose to read it or not from others. Reading stimulates thinking, real thinking. It's in short supply in the U.S. presently.
