Big one today. 12.5" Tuna/Brisket Slayer made from stainless sf100; fitted with an octagonal wa-handle made from sea green karelian birch.

Another little petty. Technically speaking this was made to be used as a steak knife but it will handle food prep just as well. Steel is 52100 with a bright ref karelian birch handle.

First post on here. Let's start with a wee one. 52100 steel and maple.
