Recently, the president noticed that farmers and other businesses have been dependent on undocumented workers for decades, 20 years and more. He noted that ICE needs to take that factor into consideration - that these employers will go out of business without these workers. 4/

The law requires any person (not just citizens) in the United States must receive due process: notice, the opportunity to be accompanied by an attorney, the opportunity to appeal a decision, so that all can know the truth about individuals being deported. 3/

We can't forget them and the ones who have been abiding by the law, but being arrested and deported from scheduled Immigration check-ins, or Home Depot, or schools or stores. 2/

The thing is, if by some miracle it works and #45 2.0 is removed from office, we're stuck with JD Vance as pres and whomever he picks. To me, #45 2.0 AND JD are equally guilty,
so both would need to be tossed. Who's next? Mike Johnson (if this happens before 2027). All mucho bad.

I filed this way last year. The system was not working as I tried to file again this year. I got sent to a link of another company that does free filing (well several options), and had to do it that way. I tried for 4 days before giving up.

(to continue) 30 days lets Democrats come up with a reasonable alternative to giving away all the levers of power for "6 months". You know good and well, if #45 takes 6 months, he'll never let go and Democracy as we know it is a goner.

What part of "don't concede" before tyranny do you not get? This would be a horrible concession. Go with the 30 day alternative to work out a plan, which allows the courts some time to put #45 and Musk in their places.

#45 did the same thing the first time around; however, he chose people who were somewhat more qualified, but were open to demolishing the department they were chosen to run. This time he has skipped the first part and gone right to destruct-o-matic mode on at least 95% of his nominations.
