actually that was stardust, not daft punk . "music sounds worse with you" is actually what thomas said to guy when he decided to form a side band

they incorporate plenty of progressive metal styles (esp on tracks like "Vore") but i don't really consider them a metal band. they mostly have modern rock and RnB inspired writing. Even In Arcadia was my most listened to album last year so i'd start there if you're interested in where to start!
