Hello world, I’m Sini —Author, Coach, and someone who’s endlessly curious about what makes us human. I’m deeply passionate about longevity, human development, and exploring how we can unlock our true potential in this fast-evolving world.
First day on the Camino.
Started strong. Windy, quiet, seemly never ending.
But something simple became clear by halfway.

Starting the Camino de Santiago today. Hoping to find myself somewhere between sore feet and too much pastel de nata.

“Deep questions invite others to tell us what they need.”
One of my favourite moments from the conference.
Coaching, leadership, even friendship—it all starts with better questions.
Not to fix, but to understand.
Not to lead, but to listen.

Wrapping up an inspiring experience at Uplift by BetterUp.
From AI as a new layer of leadership to the power of deep questions, one theme echoed throughout:
Human potential is limitless—but only if we ask better, listen deeper, and build smarter.
Grateful to be part of it.

“With GenAI, every employee is now a manager.”
Our CEO Alexi said this during the keynote—and it hit.
We’re moving into a world where tools don’t just support you… they coach you.
The real shift? Authority isn’t a title—it’s a capability.

Just wrapped up a full day consistently teaching (read: talking non-stop 😅) at the Product Experience booth—breaking down how AI coaching actually works.
Not here to replace humans—just to upgrade them.
Millions of sessions → smarter insights, better growth.

Hosted a full-day conference in NYC diving deep into the future of coaching, behaviuor change, and human potential.
Spoke about how AI is transforming coaching—not by replacing humans, but by making powerful insights accessible at scale.
Grateful to lead this convo.

Padel is already feeling smoother. But the big test is still ahead: I’ll be walking the Camino soon.
That’s where this experiment meets reality.
More soon. 👣

I’ve been experimenting with BPC-157 & TB-500 injection into my hip for 2 weeks. No surgery. Just peptides, research, and consistency.
BPC helped me recover from knee pain 3 years ago. Back then, it was hard to get. Now it's banned in sport—but funny enough easier to find.
Early signs = promising.

Peptides = short chains of amino acids.
Some boost collagen. Others speed healing.
BPC-157 + TB-500 are showing real promise in recovery + regeneration.
I’ve been experimenting with both for 3 years now—and they’ve seriously helped with healing and staying active.

Injuries taught me that healing isn't always found in hospitals. After tearing hip cartilage, I started a self-experiment in regeneration. Sharing it not as advice—but as a log of what’s possible when you take healing into your own hands.

Vipassana retreat, holding space for stillness, self-reflection, and presence.
Through long meditations and group sits, we embraced silence, deep awareness, and clarity.
No phones, no distractions—just the sound of nature, our breath, and the wisdom that arises in stillness.

Science is clear: Screen time before age 3 weakens language and decision-making skills. Early brains need real-world interaction, not screens. The damage is real and impacts learning for life.
Ground-breaking look at the impact of screen time on kids' brains
Researchers in Ohio led a study looking at hundreds of children’s brains since birth to examine the impact of screen time. NBC’s Vicky Nguyen shares an insid...

Generational trauma is like hiking with your ancestors' backpacks—some filled with wisdom, others with heavy fears.
The good news? You can work to unpack the weight and pass on only what serves you.

58 today isn’t the 58 of past generations. Prospective age—how long you’ll live—and biological age—how well you’re aging—matter more than candles on a cake. The goal? Outlive outdated ideas, not your health or wealth

It's 2025, and we question what we see online more than ever.Scams fuel hesitation, quick-fix content feeds the impatience economy, and we crave deeper, real-world connections. Will the rise of disinformation push us to disconnect and spend more time offline with others and nature

By 2030, exponential data growth will transform health systems. We’re moving from reactive care to predictive models, connecting data, and empowering consumers to take charge of their well-being. Americans are pivoting towards early prevention and wellness.

Isn't it silly how often we take life so seriously that we forget to play with it.
For me, play isn’t just about having fun — it’s about perspective shifting.
It’s during playful moments that I feel most alive, most creative, and most connected to the present.

Imagine identical twins who have the same upbringing and job but the main difference between them is that one twin spends 2h every day smoking and playing computer games while the other is playing sports and reading. They are certainly becoming very different people over time

I didn’t know what to expect the first time I tried Vipassana—
10 days of silence sounded more like a challenge than a retreat.
But here’s what struck me: the absence of distractions didn’t feel empty; it felt full.
Full of thoughts I’d been avoiding, emotions I hadn’t processed.

I believe that accountability is the cornerstone of not only a thriving workplace but a thriving life.
From my perspective, it's not just about meeting deadlines or achieving goals;
it's about creating an environment where everyone feels empowered and supported to take ownership of their actions.

Understanding who we are at our core allows us to live authentically and align our actions with our values. It's a continuous process of introspection and growth, where we learn to embrace our strengths and acknowledge our weaknesses. This journey empowers us to lead a life that's true to ourselves.
