My only gripe with the model is that it leaves London with far too many boroughs, the rest of the SE looks sensible

The key is not to have a review or a commission as this means that it will never get done. Anyone who supports a commission doesn’t want change.

The SE desperately needs LG with 70 councils. Should be somewhere between 8 county unitaries and then no need for a CA or up to 19 unitaries with CAs

Roll on reorganisation I’ve been waiting since 1992. It also only impacts a minority % of England, not Scotland,Wales or NI. The efficiency savings are massive
