I mean, that's rather the thing with Vox. He's not "wrong" in the factual sense, the issue what he is deploying the truth in SERVICE of, i.e. he's planning to spend the bodies of sinners like currency to purchase his own personal power in blood
Gotta say, even with all the manipulation he was doing and the fact that he doesn't actually care about the well-being of sinners, Vox threatening Sera and Heaven gave me chills and I was 100% on Hell's side in that moment.
