He proceeded to call me a leech & a parasite because I work in small city government. I'm a little baffled by this. I mean I know the guy (or gal who knows) is just an asshole, but really? That's the best he had? My job is necessary. It's not glamorous & certainly not well paying. But it's necessary

I'm the city recorder for a town of 500. I do the budget, payroll, accounting and supervise the employees. I make sure my community has safe drinking water & streets. That our volunteer fire dept has the equipment they need to do their job safely. I care for my community & the people who live here.

When women are dying in waiting rooms because they can't get treatment for a miscarriage. When women are dying in abusive relationships. When the children are dying from hunger, neglect & abuse. When you do become the 2nd class citizen without the rights we got for you. You voted for this. Own it.

Absolutely no idea what my mother, what I endured to give you the right to make choices for yourself. The sexual harassment I was told to tolerate as a "compliment because they found me attractive." The battles WE fought so some of you can piss it all away for lower gas prices, racist deportations?

People will still argue with me that it was "peaceful" right before they bring up the Floyd riots in Portland. Or how all the women in pink hats didn't clean up their trash after protesting that orange twat-waffle's "win" in 2016. The mental gymnastics they do to excuse maga & tRump. Unbelievable

I do. I've been going to BBC for several years now. American news is about ratings and profit anymore. Even so-called liberal news carried on about Biden's "cognitive decline" after the debate, yet never went after Trump with his sharks & batteries & Hannibal lector. Wtf? Rarely called out his lies
