NMNT is a community of people who want to have a more liveable city and a good sleep. Opinions here are my own, but should be somewhat connected to reducing noise for the benefit of people and our planet. Noise is a public health, equity and climate issue.

I hope it's quiet and doesn't have artificial sound, other than for safety at low speeds..

Those are often called convenience sounds. Well, a car alarm may not exactly be convenience, the beeping for the car locking is one and programmed from the manufacturer. This could actually be put to silent. You can hear your own door locks lock. No need to let the neighbors know!
