I am doing this in memory of my mom, of the moms for a couple friends, and in support of some friends (yes they are alive).

One of many ways I care for myself. Just upped my dose of anti depressant. Swapped out the lower dose for the new higher dose.

On the left of each picture was 4 years ago. On the right of each picture, today and showing a 12 month trend. I never thought I'd get consistent results. Now I am. Also hoping to be a good ambassador for Vital Apparel.
