Pardons are one of the things that cannot be touched by future presidents. Trump is playing a dangerous game. If he sets the precedent that future presidents can invalidate pardons, then his criminal buddies are in deep shit when an actual adult takes office.

Uh…anonymous sources are an essential pillar of journalism. Anonymity protects these people from powerful and/or dangerous people who would want to retaliate. People rarely request to be anonymous when talking about the good things others have done.

The shitty thing about those National Guard members getting killed is the officials saying they died in service to their country. No, they died in service to a vain President who wanted to intimidate people and have photo ops. This is Donald’s and the West Virginia governor’s fault.

I have a major frustration pain point with playing any TRRPG. I’ll plan and prep for weeks. I make outlines of what I need to do in the next session and go over all of my character stats/skills. Then, on game day, I get so excited and overstimulate that I forget EVERYTHING and chaos ensues. 😞

I cannot imagine inconveniencing a few thousand lives for over a month in order to save millions of lives to then give in with only the promise of a VOTE to save those lives from some of the least trustworthy people I’ve ever seen. Pathetic.

Every time I start thinking the #Democrats are growing spines, they do something so stupid. They’re going to vote to reopen the government while getting nothing but a promise to hold a vote in 40 days from Republicans. What was the point of the shutdown if they were just going to roll over.
