I don't know why I always have so much pain with apt distros

`mkcd` - create directory and enter it; like, a lot of the time I make a directory I want to enter it right after anyway

one thing that I do quite dislike about dart, it's how much of a mess its imports are (also its module system is a bit quirky)
by default it does anonymous imports, so doing
import 'package:thing/thing.dart';
will pull every public function, class, constant, etc defined in that package […]
