Jellyfin is an open source media server. You can find details about it here: jellyfin.org. It has been my project to teach myself about Linux administration. Very solid solution for managing large libraries of movies, shows, books, comics, and pictures.

The closest option of which I am aware is to rip the media to disk and manually name and sort the files in a folder structure that can be read by a media server application like Plex or Jellyfin. I personally use Jellyfin, and have been working on digitizing my library for a little over a year now.
