I found that coding agents work the best when I exactly know what needs to be done. In that case, the code might get produced faster, but I'm still heavily held back by the build and testing process. Makes things more relaxed but not THAT much faster.

All the internal AI studies companies do need to stop using LOC as the measurement of productivity. When AI writes longer code, adds a lot more comments and doesn't reuse existing code it creates unrealistic expectations.
