You are forgetting where he'll blame the democrats for starting it. And then say they should have made a deal with Iran to allow inspectors in to prevent the war.

We just saw what happened 5o a sitting senator. Ice will not care if you have papers. They will lose them. They will claim they are fake. Or they will claim you weren't identified, just like the senator. All of these things have happened already.
