Trump only thinks of spending taxpayer money to enrich himself (he doesn't even pay for his Big Mac Combo meals). As such he's not eligible for a Nobel Peace Prize. However, he has awarded. himself a gold plated Noble Peze Prize, quite the honor, no one else has one, not even Putin - yet.
