Easy way to find a union grocer is to Google UFCW and your city. In MN the big ones are Cub, Lunds & Byerly’s, Kowalski’s, most of the co-ops.
Pro tip: if you’re angry that your favorite retailer is abandoning DEI policies, shop #union. Your local unionized grocery store workers have a contract that protects their rights, promotes diversity in hiring, equal pay, and fairness. It’s not a magic racism-eraser but a unionized retailer 1/2
