Doing the same on the other side of the pond. 😊

LOL. Tell us how you really feel Greenlanders. Love this.

I live near CFB Halifax. Please don't even joke about bombing us. I've had nightmares about it already.

I honestly think it is too late.

Retribution for what? This Canadian does not understand.
January 24, 2026 at 7:57 PM
I find myself wondering if it could happen in Canada. Sadly, given the amount of misinformation (and disinformation) gaining traction over reporting of facts, I think we could be in the same situation in a few years if we don't solve the proliferation of misinformation.

Halifax, NS took dozens of planes and hundreds of passengers as well. Canadians stepped up big time.

Dozens of planes also landed in Halifax NS. We shut down my office so we could make comfort kits for passengers who were being placed in emergency accommodations.

Congratulations. You made me cackle out loud.

Ha! -9C is a spring day in Iqaluit, Nunavut. Heck, we had icebergs blown onto shore in Frobisher Bay shore in August. This poor guy is out of his element.
January 22, 2026 at 9:28 AM
I lived in Nunavut for several years. I wish every Canadian could at least visit the Canadian Arctic to experience the Inuit culture and the treeless landscape. I loved it there so much!
January 21, 2026 at 10:29 AM
Yes. From Day 1 of his tenure as PM he has been supportive of the Arctic and aware of its significance. His first trip abroad ended with a stop in Iqaluit before returning to Ottawa. It was extremely symbolic and made me very, very hopeful.

OK, I'm patting myself on the back. 😊 Like everyone, he has his flaws, but I truly believe he is the right person for the job at this time.

This isn't the youth voice I was thinking of but it is an interesting report. It also showcases the beauty of Greenland. Enjoy!
