-Journalists find joy in storytelling, connections & unique perspectives. Humour can build resilience.
-Newsrooms can foster joy by balancing tough stories with uplifting ones. Sincere feedback & gratitude matter!

Interviews with journalists in Estonia (2012–2023) reveal: clicks STILL matter (+other metrics). We argue that metrics act like a mirror, in which the journalist sees their decisions and reactions to them, not what the audience actually needs or wants. journals.sagepub.com/doi/10.1177/...
