The 330 kV Mirnya substation was struck, shutting down 220 kV Azovskaya and damaged 110 kV distribution nodes → 0.4 kV. Mariupol, Starobeshevo, Novoazovsk, and Berdyansk lost power; water, heat, and mobile networks failing. Internet works for now. Attack ongoing.

A "hero" who should be known by his face. This is RF Colonel Sergey Karasyov. In Samara, he has been nominated for the position of mayor. However, in 2023, the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine charged Karasyov with war crimes committed during the occupation of Irpin, Kyiv region, in 2022.
