During a conversation at year 9 parents and guardians' evening, I was promoting learngerman.dw.com/en/learn-ger... as a useful resource for German when a parent replied "I know this site, they have interviewed me several times." Never expected to meet anyone who has actually featured on DW.

Today's website recommendation for improving listening skills is TTS maker. You just type or paste in a text and choose the language and voice you'd like to read it out.
You can add pauses and choose different speeds, and also download the file afterwards. #mfl
