Funny, haven't heard anything about the Epstein Files today. I have to say this dampens my confidence that our military is capable of resisting illegal orders. Yes, his moniker on buildings is particularly irritating, which is why he does it. But on the upside, he's also gifting us an extra dollop of pleasure when we rip his name off all those buildings and programs. Hopefully with him watching it all from his post-presidential cognitive care facility.

Not to make too fine a point of it, but America is the world’s largest debtor, and the EU is America's biggest creditor. So Europe can pull the plug on Trump at any moment and the US economy will collapse in a day. I'm sure China would be glad to help.

The EU plus UK hold about $2.3 trillion in US treasury bonds. If Trump doesn't STFU about Greenland, or actually invades, they can dump those holdings, sink the US stock market, and throw the American economy into bankruptcy. Trump has no cards. Only an addled brain and a big mouth.

Dissenting on a decision like this is essentially saying "we're here for the fascism, not the Constitution."
