there is apparently 1 moose dairy farm in Sweden which makes the cheese, THE ELK HOUSE, in Bjursholm. They have 3 milking moose, Gullan, Haelga, and Juna. Each one gives a single gallon of milk per day with 10-12% butterfat. They make about 660 lbs of cheese with this per year.
