Tesla filed a petition in Wisconsin to allow direct sales so state residents wouldn't have to drive to neighboring states to pick up their new Teslas. They indicated direct-sales dealerships in the state would likely increase that volume.
A procedural hearing is set for late March.

Tesla has increased the price of the Model X by $5,000 in the US and it no longer qualifies for the $7,500 Fed EV credit. All new Model X orders now come with free lifetime Supercharging (worth $5000 or so).
New prices:
• Model X LR: $84,990
• Model X Plaid: $99,990
