Very interesting column for any professionals in the world of educating and training members of the public (or even other professionals and students for that matter).

The urgency to improve on our reliance on written information (I’m looking at you NHS!) grows stronger by the day.

Learning game design has been an unexpected delight in my PhD.

I’m in the process of using my lit review to produce a game as an educational tool. More on that later.

However, whilst that’s in development, here is today’s effort which was making a game out of dispensing prescriptions!

Very unexpected but pleased to see our work included in a systematic review about helping migrant populations with managing children’s health needs.

Published this week in Health Expectations, an exploration of how parents experience medicines and safety when they're in hospital. Conflict between their independence, and a system struggling to be "safe." Without parents there is no medicines safety.

It’s been a challenge to summarise what we already know about giving medicines to children at home, but the design of this review is doing a great job so far, and we’re excited to share the results soon!
