Use words people understand. Call them Nazis because they are Nazis and also most Americans still think Nazis are bad. Call them Segregationists because they are Segregationists and also most Americans still think segregation was bad.

ANYWAY if anybody tells you that they are a “radical“ boss, especially in an already marginalized industry, always ask the trans, Black, and disabled folks who worked with them if that holds up to scrutiny. 😇
