Totally agree. My 85 year old mum met my dad when they were both programmers at Littlewoods in the 60s. She has an iPhone, iPad and laptop and regularly sends us screen grabs of her blood results from the NHs app.

The MPC (Mobile Passport Control) app could speed things up. Worked a treat in Orlando last September, you get to go to a special (much shorter) queue as you’ve already submitted your details and photos.
