Sometimes dreams do come true. I’ve loved books and bookstores and libraries since I was a wee kiddo, and I dreamed that one day maybe I could make something that would be on the shelves. Grateful and proud to be an author and editor with two book babes 🤩📚

This morning I stopped at a
neighbour's gorgeous rose garden to seek some beauty and peace, and it felt fitting that the late-season rose that grabbed my attention and called me over to take its photo is called "never alone." Trying my best to be a hardy bitch. 2/2

Feeling quite angry this morning. Sometimes being empathetic amidst western capitalism feels crazy-making. I am furious at our cowardly and selfish leaders and at the overabundance of apathy. But people give me hope. Workers give me hope. Children give me hope. 1/2
