Encountered some flags on my daily stroll. (Portugal, Saudi, France, Netherlands, Mexico, Iran, Belgium, England, South Korea, Uruguay, Qatar, Argentina, Slovakia, Ghana, Bolivia, USA, Croatia, Egypt visible for the fans (there are a few others behind the wall- I counted Brazil and Thailand also ))

After the storm. View over Bishopsgate and the East End, with some interesting cloud action up top. (Look closely and you can see en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arcelor... which was built for the Olympics, about 4.5 miles away).

As a 'thank you' for volunteers, the project coordinators graciously offered to send copies of a handful of these interesting and historic images to the participating volunteers. Mine arrived the other day and here they are! 3/
