I took part in a small town protest today in very very red rural Missouri. Initially, a few days ago 43 people were "going". Turned out to be 640 of us in a tiny town square! I was beyond exhilarated.
Take note of all these people turning out for protests in small towns in red states.
Remember them the next time you’re inclined to write an area off because “they voted for this.”

Our town had the largest protest I've ever participated in (25 years) and we had about half a dozen folks in inflatable animal costumes - absolutely brilliant! It changes the mood from anger / despair to joy / hope!

Every retired general and admiral says commanders will not follow illegal orders. So when and how does that happen? It certainly seems illegal to blow boats out of the water and kill everyone on board — but clearly those orders are being followed. Isn’t the legality being questioned?
